Palanga airport is 30 minutes away. Most audits start on a video call with your real files; for companies in Lithuania we come to the office and watch the process happen.
What matters when the automation touches your data
A website can be bought from anywhere. Automation is different: someone will read your invoices, your customer emails and your CRM. Where that someone sits, and under which law, is the first question.
EU entity, EU data
Lithuanian company, EU contract law, GDPR by default. Language models and storage run in EU regions, documents stay in your own accounts. No third-country transfer assessments.
Measured on your files, not a demo
The pilot runs on 100–200 of your real documents and reports accuracy per field before you decide anything. A number you have not seen on your own data is marketing.
A human queue by design
Every flow has a review queue and a written rule for what lands in it. A system that always answers will eventually answer wrongly, and nobody will notice.
We run our own product
SAFA, our invoicing and VAT-filing platform for Lithuanian businesses, reads incoming invoices with AI and files registers with the tax authority every month. Document automation is our daily work, not a side project.
What it costs
Same numbers as everywhere else on this site. Most clients start with the audit, see the figures and then decide. Running costs are estimated up front with a monthly cap.
Automation audit
We map the process, time it, and come back with what to automate, what it saves and what it will cost to build and run.
Document pipeline
Invoices, orders or contracts read automatically, checked against your systems, with a review queue for anything uncertain.
Assistant or integration
From a single integration between two systems to a support assistant trained on your own content, with escalation to a person.
Operation and tuning after launch from €150/month. AI assistant on a website €600–2 500, customer-service assistant €2 500–6 000. All prices exclude VAT.
What we automate
Klaipėda is a port city — freight forwarding, manufacturing and trade — so most of the work here is documents and requests, which is exactly where routine costs the most and automates most cleanly.
Invoices, delivery notes, contracts
Incoming documents are read, validated against VIES and company registers, and pushed into your accounting system. Doubtful cases go to a human review queue.
Customer requests and support
An assistant that answers from your own content, checks order status and hands over to a person when needed — on the website, by email, in Messenger.
Connecting the systems you already run
Accounting, CRM, warehouse, carriers and customs talk to each other. Data is entered once instead of retyped in three places.
Triage and reporting
Email and form traffic sorted by topic and urgency, reports assembled from your systems automatically, repeat answers drafted in advance.
Internal tools
When a spreadsheet has become a system ten people depend on, we turn it into an internal tool with accounts, permissions and history.
A website that feeds the process
Enquiries from the site land in the CRM, bookings in the calendar — not in an inbox someone has to retype.
What to ask any AI vendor before you sign
This list is not about us. Six questions that show in ten minutes whether a proposal is built on your process or on a generic deck — ask them of everyone, including us.
- 01
Was accuracy measured on our documents?
"99% accuracy" without your files is advertising. Ask for a pilot on 100–200 of your real invoices and a per-field figure — supplier, amount, VAT, date.
- 02
Where is the data processed and stored?
The answer has to name the provider, the region, who has access and for how long. "In the cloud" is not an answer, and the GDPR question from your own customers arrives sooner than you expect.
- 03
What happens when the system does not know?
Good automation has a human review queue and a written rule for when a case lands there. A system that always answers will eventually answer wrongly.
- 04
What will it cost to run per month?
Model calls, storage, monitoring. Ask for an estimate on your volumes and a monthly cap, so the bill cannot quietly grow tenfold.
- 05
Who owns the code and the accounts?
If the assistant lives on the vendor's platform under the vendor's accounts, switching vendors means losing everything, including the conversation history. Repository and accounts in your name.
- 06
Who maintains it when our documents change?
A supplier changes its invoice layout, accounting switches software, and the flow that worked for a year starts failing. Ask who will notice and what a fix costs.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before the call.
How much does AI automation cost?
An automation audit is €600–1 500, a document flow from inbox to accounting €2 000–4 500, an AI assistant or a system integration €600–8 000 depending on scope. Operation after launch from €150 a month. All prices exclude VAT and are the same for every client regardless of location.
Where do we start if we do not know what to automate?
With the automation audit: in 1–2 weeks we map your processes, measure how long each takes and return a written list — what is worth automating first, what it saves and what it costs to build and run. It starts with a video call and your real files.
Where is our data stored?
In EU regions, for both model processing and document storage. Files and conversation history stay in your own accounts; access and retention follow your policy. All of it is written into the contract so you can answer your own customers.
How long does it take?
The pilot takes 1–2 weeks, a full document flow 3–5 weeks, a website assistant 1–3 weeks — counted from an approved scope. The usual source of delay is access to your systems, so we sort that out on day one.
Does it work with our accounting software?
If it has an import format or an API, yes. In Lithuania that is Rivilė, Finvalda, B1 and our own SAFA; elsewhere we have connected the usual ERP and accounting systems. The audit lists exactly what your system exposes.
Can we visit?
Yes. The office is at Tiltų g. 19 in Klaipėda, open Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 EET, with a day's notice. Palanga airport is thirty minutes away and connects through Riga and Copenhagen.
Tell us which task repeats every day
Invoices, requests, reports — describe it in two sentences. Within one working day you get an answer on whether it is worth automating and a fixed audit price in writing.
